enOptimizer
Tool for economic optimization of professional and industrial CHP plants working independently or cooperating with renewable energy sources, heat and electricity storage, district heating networks. Implements functions such as:
This type of optimizer works in advisory mode, suggesting desired setpoint values for control systems to operators. The length of the basic calculation cycle is related to the settlement of electricity purchase and sale (currently 15 minutes).
enSentinel
Software for demand management and optimization of electricity consumption in the enterprise. Can work in advisory mode or control electricity receivers. Includes monitoring modules:
enController
Autopilot for technological installations - multidimensional supervisory controller based on fuzzy logic. Generates setpoints for basic control loops operating in existing control systems. Switching to supervisory control and back occurs bumplessly. Equipped with interfaces for popular industrial communication protocols: Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, OPC UA, OPC DA. Works autonomously or cooperates with other elements of the Enerbit ecosystem, including the historian and enOptimizer optimizer.
enPerfMon
Software for calculating and monitoring in real time:
Features and functions:
enMES
Proven MES platform for Chemistry, Paper Making, Energy. Composed of a series of cooperating modules for laboratory handling, product batch tracking, sales approval, certificate generation, inventory monitoring, production planning and execution, sales planning and execution, delivery planning and execution. Features:
enCMMS
Software supporting and automating the work of Maintenance departments. Features and functions:
After launching built-in PdM and AI modules, additional features are available such as:
enDIAG
Software uses process models (Digital Twin), current and historical measurement values, unstructured information (operator logs) and expert knowledge to:
enTSMS
The Thermal Stress Monitoring System software, based on available instrumentation, expert knowledge and computational procedures described in standards, allows determining and continuously tracking the effects of load changes in pressure elements operating at high temperatures. Thanks to the program's indications, the operator can maintain, for example, boiler elements within the allowable stress range, extending their durability. Material degradation is also continuously calculated as a result of high-temperature creep and low-cycle material fatigue. On this basis, the loss of durability of critical elements is estimated, which allows adapting operating procedures and helps in planning repairs. The program is particularly useful in monitoring thick-walled pressure elements of boilers for supercritical parameters and/or operating with variable load.
enHistorian
Enterprise Historian class software. Functions and features:
