Automatic Anomaly Detection

The software uses process models (Digital Twin), current and historical measurement data, unstructured information (operator logs) and expert knowledge to:

Feature 1

Support preparation of measurement data and data from other sources such as operator logs for synthesis and validation of models with limited manual effort

Feature 2

Notify about events requiring personnel response, including initiating diagnostic or repair orders – after connection to CMMS

Feature 3

Suggest desired actions to operators in a given situation – based on knowledge repository including previous actions and their effects

Feature 4

Early detect anomalies warning about approaching machine and equipment failures as well as irregularities in the technological process. Effectively - thanks to combination of technological, engineering knowledge and advanced computational methods, including those based on machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms

Thermal Stress and Material Degradation Monitoring

The Thermal Stress Monitoring System software, based on available instrumentation, expert knowledge and computational procedures described in standards, allows determining and continuously tracking the effects of load changes in pressure elements operating at high temperatures.

Feature and functions:

Feature 1

Mainly used in superheater elements of power boilers operating at supercritical parameters.

Feature 2

Monitoring thermal stresses in pressure elements operating at high temperatures. Monitoring allowable stress margin during load changes and real-time visualization addressed to operators

Feature 3

Material degradation monitoring of these elements and changes visualization – addressed to operation supervisory control services.
